The 3,000 Baht deposit will be refunded promptly after you return the car in the same condition it was provided.

We only hold the deposit in cases of accidents or damages to the car. If our staff attempts to hold it for any other reason, please contact our customer service immediately.

• We provide a full tank of Gasohol 91 at the start. Please ensure to fill it back with Gasohol 91 upon return.

• For convenience, we recommend filling up at gas stations within a 3-kilometer radius from our office.

• If the tank is not full upon return, a fuel fine of 500 Baht per gauge will apply.

·  Smoking inside the car : 5,000 Baht

·  Permanent stains on the car : 3,000 Baht

·  Vomit or leaves permanent marks inside the car : 10,000 Baht

·  Vomit or leaves permanent marks on baby car seat : 1,000 Baht 

·  Scratches 3,000 Baht per accident

·  Lost of camera SD card 500 Baht

If you exceed the 24-hour period by more than 1 hour, an extra charge of 200 Baht per hour applies.  If the car is returned more than 4 hours late, it will be considered an additional full day.

If you wish to extend your booking, it must first be approved by the shop. If we are unable to approve the extension and you still return the car late, a 3,000 Baht damage fee will apply. This is due to the inconvenience caused to other customers or cancellations of subsequent bookings.

If an accident occurs, call us immediately and stay at the scene until our insurance representatives arrive. Leaving the scene may result in the customer assuming full responsibility for repairs.

Cat Car Rent operates daily from 07:00 to 21:00.
For pick-up or return outside these hours, an after-hours service fee of 500 Baht applies.
